How the promo code actually works here
Our Blackpool casino is at 64 Queens Promenade, North Shore, FY2 9QG. If you have been hunting for a Genting Casino Blackpool promo code expecting to type a word or number into a website, it is important to know straight away that our physical casino does not use codes in that way. Promotions inside the venue are either printed on vouchers or added straight to your play at the tables. There is no code box at reception, no alphanumeric code to paste anywhere.
We effectively run two systems in parallel instead. One system covers our land-based casino on the Blackpool seafront. The other one sits online at gentingcasino.com, and that side does accept a promo code. Keeping the two separate in your head removes a lot of the usual confusion.
For the Blackpool venue itself, our current promotional format is a Blackjack Match Play voucher. It is limited to one per person and is worth £5 of match play during the relevant promotional window. You simply hand it over and redeem it at the Blackjack table. Admission to the casino is free, and live table gaming is available from 17:00 every day.
Online code BIG132 - what it gets you
Our online casino follows its own promotional calendar, independent from the venue. On that platform, you can use the code BIG132 when you make your first deposit. Entering this code unlocks 132 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza, together with a 100% matched deposit bonus up to £50. To qualify for the package, you need to deposit at least £10.
This offer is reserved for new players only. If you have already held an online Genting account in the past, the offer will not apply to you. The free spins are tied directly to Big Bass Bonanza, so you will not be able to move them to another slot. Standard wagering requirements sit on both parts of the package - on the matched bonus and on anything you win from the spins - before any withdrawal can take place.
| Offer Element | Detail |
|---|---|
| Promo Code | BIG132 |
| Free Spins | 132 spins on Big Bass Bonanza |
| Match Bonus | 100% up to £50 |
| Minimum Deposit | £10 |
| Eligible Players | New UK customers, first deposit only |
Some comparison and review sites also refer to a different welcome package of 100% up to £25 plus 50 free spins, which is described as activating automatically with no code at all. We do sometimes run more than one promotional structure at the same time, so the two descriptions do not necessarily conflict. The BIG132 code is tied directly to the Big Bass Bonanza free spins deal, while other welcome bonuses may activate on registration and first deposit without any manual code entry on your side.
Claiming BIG132 step by step
With BIG132, the order of actions really matters. If you finish the deposit before you have entered the code, the bonus may not attach to the transaction, and in practice this can be difficult to correct afterwards.
To claim the offer you would normally do the following:
- Go to gentingcasino.com and select the registration button.
- Add your account details - name, date of birth, address.
- Complete any age and identity checks required under UK Gambling Commission rules.
- Move to the deposit area in your account dashboard.
- Pick your preferred payment method and enter at least £10.
- Locate the promo code field on the deposit screen and type BIG132 exactly in that format.
- Confirm the deposit and wait for the free spins and matched bonus to appear in your account balance.
- Open Big Bass Bonanza in the slots section and start playing through your spins.
We strongly suggest one practical habit when you use any promo code with us: take a quick screenshot of your balance and the bonus section right after the deposit goes through. On the rare occasions something does not credit properly, that record makes it simpler to speak to support and establish what happened.
If you cannot see the promo code box as you move through the deposit screens, it is worth checking your promotions area in account settings. Certain bonuses need you to opt in there before you pay any money in. It is a small extra step and easy to overlook when you are in a hurry.
